I wasn’t looking to jazz up my summer shoes but bam, a pair of gold Soft Comfort sandals show up! I have not heard of Camtrade Inc or their line of shoes: Soft Comfort and Secret Celebrity until just recently when asked to review a pair. The Soft Comfort collection offers the ultimate in comfort shoes at very compelling values while the Secret Celebrity collection is designed for the contemporary woman who desires high-style footwear at affordable prices.
Normally I would have selected a neutral color because I am boring like that so gold certainly wouldn’t have been my first color choice, but I am glad that I received them!
Let me start by saying that these are more of a metallic gold color. They go with anything! You can dress them up or down. I have worn them with some jeans and a sweater which actually makes the outfit pop just a bit.
These bad boys are super comfortable. I was able to wear them out right away without that initial “break-in” period that most shoes need. Each pair is molded with “super soft” relaxation technology to ensure true flexibility, cushioning and comfort.
This style, the Cross Band (MSRP $39.99), has a mid-height wedge, not too tall and definitely not flat. I am not a fan of the tall wedge style sandals, I tend to twist my ankles… a lot! These are the perfect height.
These sandals are contoured to cradle the foot’s natural form. They provide extra padded insoles, with an elasticized top band to help with fit and movement and a breathable fabric lining with an added backing.
These are a great pair of sandals to have in your stash, especially at the $40 price point. They are well made, comfortable and have a price so you can own all the colors!
