“Florsheim Kids shoes let every boy walk his own way. Hand-crafted from rich materials with inspiration from old-school styles, presented in both current and vintage colors, materials, and detailing.”
If you read my posts, you know by now my six-year old’s fascination with dressing in army clothes whenever possible. While working with Florsheim Kids, we stumble on the Valco Moc Toe Jr. in camouflage colors, so this WAS the style I had to review for him.
The Velcro Moc Toe Jr. is also available in two other colors: a brown multicolor with a red tartan canvas and just a solid brown leather chukka boot. The outside of the boot is made with Buffalo Crazy Horse leather and canvas while the lining is a breathable, moisture-wicking Suedetec. He loves these boots! He can wear them to school with his uniform or he can wear them while crawling around to play army out in the backyard. The stretchy orange laces are not able to be tied making them easy to pull on and providing a pop of contrasting color. The boot offers a thick rubber sole, that will provide nice traction in the mud or snow depending on how the weather holds out here!
Florsheim shoes started in 1892 and have come to symbolize success. They are well known for their quality and attention to detail, and these shoes did not disappoint. While my husband has several pairs of Florsheim shoes for work, my son will now follow suit.
Florsheim Shoes has received their Spring line of shoes in for the season which includes bright colored slip-on, penny loafers, sandals, suede oxfords, and saddle shoes.
